Limbic Balance Method (lBM)
You may feel you are capable of more, feel something is holding you back, have unexplainable aches or pain in parts of your body, have trouble sleeping, feel anxious, feel as though past experiences are inhibiting you from moving forward, have sexual trauma/inhibition and you may be on medications for various reasons but still struggle. This may be a result of negative emotions you have internalized.
Over 90% of what you feel, think, or do is subconscious and automatic. The subconscious mind includes your conditioned framework of beliefs, habits, and attitudes that you have accumulated since you were young.
The Limbic Balance Method allows you to understand what the emotion is, when it was created, why it may have been created and then enables us to release it. You will continue to feel the emotion but will no longer be attached to it.
