WHAT IS THE LBM METHOD?

Limbic Balance Method (lBM)

You may feel you are capable of more, feel something is holding you back, have unexplainable aches or pain in parts of your body, have trouble sleeping, feel anxious, feel as though past experiences are inhibiting you from moving forward, have sexual trauma/inhibition and you may be on medications for various reasons but still struggle.  This may be a result of negative emotions you have internalized.

Over 90% of what you feel, think, or do is subconscious and automatic.  The subconscious mind includes your conditioned framework of beliefs, habits, and attitudes that you have accumulated since you were young.

The Limbic Balance Method allows you to understand what the emotion is, when it was created, why it may have been created and then enables us to release it. You will continue to feel the emotion but will no longer be attached to it.

Limbic System

What is it?

It's a set of brain structures on both sides of the thalamus, beneath the cerebellum. It's responsible for decision making, keeps your emotions in order and it is in charge of EMOTION, BEHAVIOUR, LONG TERM MEMORY, OLFACTORY (SMELL).

What does it do?

The limbic system controls your Subconscious System. The Limbic Balance Method works on the limbic system

How does it work?

The limbic system supports emotion, behaviour, motivation, long-term memory, and olfaction. Emotional life is largely housed in the limbic system, and it has a great deal to do with the formation of memories.

Problems you experience in your day to day life such as physical ailments, pain, mental problems, anxiety, anger, insecurity, bad self-esteem can be a result of negative emotions stored within your subconscious that have not been dealt with.

You will stand comfortably in a state of deep breathing as we release specific negative emotions filed within your subconscious. During this process you will only need to speak if your subconscious requires a conscious awareness. We will guide you through this process.

Outcome
Negative emotions released from the time they were created. A written report with your findings, along with specific tasks to support you will be provided and discussed.

Emotional Harmony
30 days after your session there will be a follow up call to monitor your personal well-being.
